Smile Lighting specializes in OEM and ODM manufacturing for lighting brands, designers, wholesalers, and commercial projects worldwide. We can manufacture products based on your sketches, reference photos, CAD drawings, 3D files, technical specifications, or physical samples.

Our engineering team carefully reviews every design before production to ensure manufacturability, structural reliability, safety compliance, and cost efficiency. If needed, we will also recommend improvements that simplify production without compromising your original design intent.

Our standard MOQ varies depending on the product type, materials, production process, and customization requirements.

For standard products, the MOQ is generally flexible. For OEM and ODM projects involving custom finishes, new tooling, or specialized components, the MOQ may be adjusted accordingly.

If you are launching a new product or testing a new market, we are happy to discuss trial orders whenever possible. Our goal is to provide a practical manufacturing solution that supports your long-term business growth.

Production lead time depends on product complexity, order quantity, material availability, and our production schedule.

For most standard orders, production typically takes approximately 45–60 days after sample approval and receipt of the deposit.

For customized projects, we will provide a detailed production schedule before order confirmation. Throughout production, our team keeps you informed of key milestones to ensure your project remains on schedule.

Yes. We highly recommend sample approval before mass production, especially for customized lighting projects.

Samples allow you to verify product appearance, dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting performance, packaging, and overall quality before placing a larger order.

Once the sample is approved, it becomes the production reference standard for mass manufacturing, helping ensure consistency throughout the entire order.

Our quality control system includes incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, functional testing, aging tests (where applicable), electrical safety inspections, appearance verification, and final pre-shipment inspection.

Our standard warranty period is three years from the date of shipment.

During the warranty period, we provide replacement parts or appropriate solutions for manufacturing-related quality issues under normal operating conditions.

For long-term partners or large commercial projects, extended warranty programs may be available based on the specific project requirements. Our after-sales team is always ready to provide timely technical support whenever needed.

We use export-grade packaging specifically designed to minimize the risk of damage during international transportation.

For fragile components such as glass or crystal, reinforced packaging or wooden crate protection can be provided upon request.

If shipping damage does occur, simply provide photos of the damaged products and packaging. Our team will promptly evaluate the situation and work with you to determine the most appropriate replacement or compensation solution.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.

Our standard payment terms are a 50% deposit before production and the remaining balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed for long-term business partners.

Before requesting the balance payment, we provide detailed product and packaging photos for your confirmation.
